Should be applied on top of a black base. For epoxy tumblers, Sprinkle on to wet epoxy, or mix in epoxy then apply. Applies in a white base they take on a more translucent opal look
Applied on top of tacky black spray paint or epoxy use a makeup silicone brush for a more mirrored look.
