Must be applied on top of a black base. For epoxy tumblers, Sprinkle on to wet epoxy, or mix in epoxy then apply. 

Applied on top of tacky black spray paint or epoxy use a makeup silicone brush for a more mirrored look.

Safe for arts and crafts, nails, soap.
