Mirror Effect pigments work great on epoxy cups, nails, arts and crafts.
In order for this to work you must have a black background (black Spray paint for tumbler artists), then use a makeup sponge and rub on the pigment. Then seal with epoxy or clear coat.
Use a makeup sponge and rub it on your black spray paint cup while it’s still tacky (use gloves so you don’t leave fingerprints)
It can be used in uv gel, epoxy, and resin.
